Terms and Conditions - Delivery and Shipping

Shipping costs :

Shipping costs will be indicated during the ordering process.

Rates may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.

 

Delivery Schedule :

Estimated delivery times will be specified during the ordering process.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Methods :

We use La Poste as a shipping service to ensure the secure and fast delivery of your items.

 

Delivery Destinations :

We ship to the valid addresses provided by the customer. Make sure your shipping information is correct.

 

Package Tracking :

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

 

Receipt of Items :

The customer must inspect the items upon receipt and report any damage or problem within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address :

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, an additional fee will be applied for the reshipment.

 

Force Majeure :

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances out of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, etc.

 

Returns and Refunds :

See our return and refund policy for information on the procedure to follow in case of a problem with delivery.

 

Return Authorization :

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization.

The customer must contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization before returning any item to info@theoleneznoir.com

Return Conditions :

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. The original labels must be intact and attached to the returned items.

Return Period :

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned within 2 days of obtaining the return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs :

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part in the processing of the order.

Return Process :

The customer must contact our customer service by email to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return packaging. Items must be shipped to the address indicated with the RAN within 2 days of obtaining authorization.

 

Inspection and Refund :

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued within 2 days of receipt of returned items in accordance with our policy.

 

Exceptions :

Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return.

Items damaged due to incorrect use or negligence will not be accepted for return.
